Where a special provision and a provision of the General Rules govern the same matter, the special provision applies to this event. In all other respects, the General Rules apply unchanged.

I. General Provisions

Article 1

The fair events organized by Belgrade Fair aim to enable: the exhibition of products and the offering of services from the country and abroad intended for the market; the presentation of technical and other achievements from the economic fields included in the program of a given event; the establishment and maintenance of business relations and the conclusion of business contracts between exhibitors and buyers; and the advancement of domestic and international trade and of business and technical cooperation.

Belgrade Fair determines the product and service groups in accordance with the event program. The exhibition of products not included in the program is not permitted.

Article 4 §5 — Categories of Exhibitors

Three categories of exhibitors are established for this event. The category is determined by the number of leased stands and by the role in bringing other participants, not by activity. Solo exhibitor — exactly one stand, free choice, pays €70 + VAT registration fee per invited co-exhibitor. Exhibition space is leased in standard models (4 m², 12 m², 24 m², 49 m²) or as a Workshop stand. For standard models, each model has an established maximum number of co-exhibitors. The Workshop stand is leased on request, and its size and maximum number of co-exhibitors are determined by separate agreement in each individual case. The maximum number of exhibitors on a stand comprises the stand holder (solo exhibitor or lead exhibitor) and the invited co-exhibitors. Standard models: 4 m² — 0 co-exhibitors, 1 total. 12 m² — 0 co-exhibitors, 1 total. 24 m² — 1 co-exhibitor, 2 total. 49 m² — 2 co-exhibitors, 3 total.

3. Pays a registration fee of €70 + VAT for each invited co-exhibitor, in dinar countervalue at the rate stated on the order.

4. Additional equipment and advertising space on the stand are leased solely by the solo exhibitor. Its co-exhibitor has no right to lease equipment or advertising space independently.

4. The lead exhibitor may also exhibit products on one of its stands, if it produces, imports or represents products from the event nomenclature.

Article 4d — Co-exhibitor

2. One co-exhibitor belongs to exactly one exhibitor; the same entity cannot be a co-exhibitor of several exhibitors at the same time.

3. The stand assignment is final: the co-exhibitor may not further invite its own co-exhibitors nor assign the allocated space.

4. Right to independent lease of equipment and advertising space: not available with a solo exhibitor, available with a lead exhibitor.

5. Each co-exhibitor registers in the exhibitor register on a separate application, accompanied by a co-exhibitor authorization.

6. The exhibition of products not listed in the Special Conditions of Participation is not permitted.

7. Belgrade Fair determines, individually for each event, the minimum exhibition space that an exhibitor may lease.

III. Submission and Acceptance of Applications, Allocation of Exhibition Space

Article 5

The deadline is stated on the Fair's materials. Applications must be signed by hand and stamped with the seal from the exhibitor's business correspondence.

2. Applications for participation and mandatory registration are deemed contracts concluded between the applicant and Belgrade Fair.

Article 6

1. Belgrade Fair has the right to accept or not accept an application, and may, depending on the location, increase or decrease the size of the space relative to the area applied for.

2. The Fair makes the decision on acceptance within 15 days of receiving the application and notifies the applicant thereof.

3. If the Fair does not notify the applicant within that period, the application is deemed accepted.

4. An exhibitor may withdraw an application within 15 days, provided that the Fair has not confirmed acceptance in the meantime.

5. If the exhibitor withdraws after that period or after confirmation, it is obliged to pay the rental, the registration fee and other costs arising from the withdrawal. Exceptionally, the Fair may release the exhibitor from this obligation in justified cases.

6. In the event of withdrawal, the Fair reserves the right to freely dispose of the allocated space.

Article 6a — Leasing via the Digital Platform

The leasing of stands is carried out via the event's digital platform. Upon selection of a stand, the system generates an order, on the basis of which the Fair issues a proforma invoice; the terms and the payment deadline are stated on the order and accompanying documentation. Payment deadlines are fixed and system-controlled. Upon expiry of the deadline, the reserved stand is returned to open sale. The application and confirmation of the reservation bind the exhibitor in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of these Rules.

Article 7

Belgrade Fair allocates the exhibition space and determines the place of exhibiting, on the principle of grouping related economic branches or by other criteria. The Fair reserves the right to relocate an exhibitor if this is in the interest of the event. The lease price for island (+30%), front (+20%) and corner (+10%) space is increased upon the exhibitor's express request. Upper-floor surfaces are charged additionally (50% of the price of raw space). The exhibitor is obliged to observe the opening, closing and working-hour times.

IV. Space Rental and Service Prices

Article 8

Belgrade Fair determines the lease price, the registration fee and the individual service prices; by signing the applications, the exhibitor accepts the Fair's prices. Rental is calculated by gross area, and each started square meter is counted as a whole. Complaints regarding invoices are submitted within 7 days of receipt.

V. Construction and Arrangement of Exhibition Space

Article 9

The exhibitor designs, mounts, arranges and dismantles its stand at its own expense — by engaging the Fair's design office, registered contractors or otherwise. The construction must comply with technical and safety regulations (stability, electrical installations, fire protection). Each contractor has the design certified at the Fair's Design Office, in three copies, no later than three days before the start of mounting; incomplete designs are not accepted. The Design Office certifies the design within 3 days. The built stand must fully correspond to the certified design. Works are carried out from 08:00 to 20:00; the stand must be mounted and packaging removed no later than 24 hours before opening. Damaging parts of the hall (nailing, drilling, gluing, welding) is prohibited.

Article 10

Technical conditions: the stand is mounted solely within the marked footprint; elements may not exceed the footprint or obstruct evacuation. The permitted height of partition walls is 4 m; for elements above 4 m a fee of €20/m² is charged. The wall facing the aisle may not be longer than 1/3 of the stand side. Company signs are placed on the face of the stand, at least 1 m from the neighbor. The noise level may not exceed 50 decibels. Electrical network: 220 V single-phase / 3×380 V three-phase, 50 Hz; the connection is provided by the Fair after inspection of the installation. Easily flammable materials may not be used for decoration; welding, varnishing and similar works only with the consent of the fire protection service and in the absence of visitors.

Article 11

Dismantling: the deadline is set for each event (minimum 1, maximum 5 days), during hall working hours 08:00–20:00. The exhibition space is returned to the Fair in the condition in which it was handed over. Damage is determined by a commission in the presence of the exhibitor's representative.

VI. Exhibits

Article 12

For exhibits taller than 3 m, of large dimensions/weight, or with a load exceeding 500 kg/m², data on dimensions and weight are submitted with the application. The exhibitor insures the goods through insurance companies in the country or abroad. If the exhibits or other property of the exhibitor are not insured in one of the ways stated in the preceding paragraph, the exhibitor bears full responsibility for any damage to such exhibits or other property. The Fair assumes no responsibility for accidents or injuries to the exhibitor or engaged persons.

VIII. Forwarders and Customs

The right to retail belongs to the solo exhibitor and the co-exhibitor (with both types of exhibitor that invite it). Goods sold at retail may be removed before the end of the event; other sold goods may not be removed before the end.

X. Exhibitor Passes and Tickets

Article 16

The exhibitor uses passes for free and unpaid entry. Based on the leased stand area, the exhibitor is entitled to a certain number of passes free of charge. Co-exhibitors receive one parking pass each. Additional passes may be purchased per the price list.
